Margate Riptides Camp Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made via email request.   All monies paid with the exception of a $25 administrative fee, per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancelation is received 14 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be provided less than 14 days prior to camp for voluntary withdrawal from camp.  Refund request due to injury prior to camp must be accompanied by a doctors note.

In the event your event was not given a designated make-up date and the program is canceled due to weather or poor field conditions as a result of the weather, you are invited to join us at a session of a future program.


  • Camps are not prorated.
  • Session dates will not be individualized.
  • Participant substitutions are not allowed.
